LATE COLLECTION POLICY

If you are going to be late picking up your child please phone and let us know.

Obviously we will keep your child on the premises and ensure they feel happy and safe, until you can collect them, however we take no responsibility for any accidents which happen during this time.

We run our business from pop up venues which we hire out. We allow time to take down our set up and tidy up after our sessions. Should you not collect your child within this period of time and incur extra rent costs, you will be charged the additional hourly rate charged by the venue.
