INFORMATION WE NEED TO KNOW
Please tell us if there is anything we need to be aware of regarding you or your child’s health. We must be informed about allergies or illnesses we need to be aware of, such as asthma or epilepsy. We are not trained to administer medications. If you want to share any fears, phobias, or anything you think will make your time with us better, please feel free to share - some people have button phobias!

LIABILITY INSURANCE
Your safety is very important to us which is why we have liability insurance.

DISCLOSURE AND BARRING SERVICE (DBS) (Criminal Record Check)
Kimley Black (aka Kimley Elliott) holds an up to date DBS check.

AGE POLICY
Our kids workshops specify an age range on our website. If you have booked and paid for an activity and the child is under or over the specified age range, and without prior agreement from My Fashion Club, you will unfortunately be turned away with no refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY

From time to time photographs or video recording may be made during My Fashion Club activities for social media or promotional purposes. Please inform us before any activity if you or your child do not wish to appear in any such material.
We ask that no photographs or filming which include children’s faces or names, be shared on any social media platform without their parents consent. We will take photographs during our workshops however we will only share them with the children’s parents, so you can see what they have been creating. We may add photographs to their My Fashion Club sketch books. If we do post any photographs on our social media pages, we will only do so if we have agreed this with you, or we prefer not to show any recognisable faces, unless you agree.
