Fashion and what we wear says a lot about us. Fashion is one of the most powerful means of communication with the outside world around us. It can be used to express our personal identity, a sense of belonging, or to standing out from the crowd.

If you want to stand out from the crowd we can show you how to personalise, customise and also, upcycle your clothes and accessories  to create something truly unique.

• We will show you how to hand sew, embroider, applique and use decorative stitching techniques. You can also customise clothing using our sewing machines.

* Please bring your favourite pieces from your wardrobe to recycle, upcycle, decorate and customise. We love decorating t-shirts, denim and converse! We will show you examples of things we have done to inspire you.

* Try the CHARITY SHOP CHALLENGE and rummage through local charity stores to discover and buy preloved clothes to customise.

• You will take your creations and sketch books home with you!

* While you are free to bring your own fabric and trimmings, you are also welcome to decorate your favourite pieces using the donated fabric we’ve collected. Our fabrics are from the design departments of fashion brands around London including Roland Mouret, Topshop, River Island, Coast, and Archive Vintage of Woodbridge.

Erin loved the class yesterday - thank you! She is very proud of her skirt which I think it’s pretty awesome! She’ll be definitely signing up for more classes
