CANCELATION POLICY
We do not issue refunds on My Fashion Club workshop bookings.
If you register for a class and later become unable to attend, we will happily offer you a workshop credit if you notify us at least 14 days before the class. We are unable to offer credits of any kind or reschedule if you don’t let us know at least two weeks in advance.
Our workshops take a lot of planning. you cancel or reschedule, we can lose money. At short notice it can be difficult for us to fine someone to take your place. As a small business, it is extremely difficult for us to absorb these costs and keep our class fees low. We appreicate your understanding.
In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make exceptions to our policy. If you are unable to attend a workshop, we suggest swapping or gifting your workshop to a friend! They will love you for it!
My Fashion Club requires full enrolment to go forward with an after school club.
If My Fashion Club must cancel a class for any reason you will be offered a full refund or we will offer you a place in a workshop the next time it is scheduled. If this happens, we'll try to work with you to choose new class dates that fit your schedule.
Whilst we always do our upmost to run our sessions and Services as originally timetabled, on very rare occasions we may have to cancel a class, workshop or event (e.g. due to a tutor being unwell and we haven’t been able to arrange cover). We will give you as much notice as possible and follow the procedure below:
Classes: If we cancel a regular class due to tutor absence, adverse weather conditions or unexpected events, we will do our best to arrange a double/catch up session for you. If you can’t attend on the day(s) suggested we will use our discretion on to how to proceed.
Workshops and other Services: We will give you as much notice as we can and offer you a replacement session or a full refund.
In all other instances, we reserve the right to use our discretion on how to proceed.
